Paul has 18 years of experience in Florida agriculture, with 12 years of that being in the seed business. His experience includes being a crop consultant, writing pest management programs for commercial farmers, and he is a plant raiser, experienced in both the field and the greenhouse.

Paul was also the president of the Florida Seed Association recently, and he serves on the board of directors for the Florida Watermelon Association and on committees for the National Watermelon Association.
